Passionate about real estate, I realized that there was a huge need for transparent and efficient rental management in the Pays de Gex. So, I made a radical decision: to give up everything to launch IZIX.
It was not an easy bet, but I knew it was the right path. My objective was simple: to allow owners to take advantage of the advantages of short-term rentals without being constrained by them. Today, seeing our customers happy and serene thanks to our work is my greatest satisfaction.
As someone who is passionate about analyzing the real estate market, I knew that short-term rentals were a great opportunity, provided they were well supported. Too many owners struggle to manage their property alone, between organization, profitability and serenity.
So I joined the adventure to bring my expertise and ensure that IZIX allows each owner to rent with peace of mind, with clear, human and optimized management. My role is simple: to understand the market, to anticipate trends, and to ensure that each property is managed with care, transparency and performance.

IZIX manages apartments, houses, villas and chalets for short and medium terms, provided they comply with local vacation rental regulations. With some accommodations, we can also set up short-term shared accommodations.
